Help! Using ReMoist for the first time...

I'm about to use ReMoist for the first time, and I'm wondering if I need to cleanse AND repeat before using it, or if just one cleanse will be enough.

Also, do y'all use 6 pumps of CC as a "primer" for the ReMoist, as instructed?

Final question: is it better if I keep a towel on my head for extra heat to make the treatment penetrate better? Or is it OK if I just clip it up? (Not planning to sleep in it, but will keep it in for a few hours.) Thanks so much!
