can you tell me how you lost it? I need to loose some weight, I have to have steroid injections and the kicker is weight gain. Please help!

I we on a low carb diet and watched my portions. I snacked through out the day with nuts. In the summer I went swimming everyday. I have a rebounder and use that 4-5 times a week. I had Many epidural steroid injections and yes they put on weight. I had my last injection a few months ago.
