Having problem with AHA Products

Recently I purchased the Alpha Hydrox ResQ and Souffle. I have found that while I can use the ResQ at night, if I try the souffle and then put my foundation on, which has an SPF of 15, within a few minutes my face is burning! Even if I wait a few minutes after putting on the souffle to put on my foundation that happens. Doesn't matter if the SPF is chemical or physical. It does stop after a while - thank goodness - but it's pretty darn uncomfortable!

This morning I made the mistake of using a moisturizer from Ole Henricksen that has an AHA in it, and boy was I sorry!

Guess I'll be happy just using the ResQ. Was curious tho if anyone else has this happen to them?
