So I haven't got my hair trimmed since April and needed one badly. So I have only used heat on my hair 2x since then since I'm embracing my 3b curls...I have my hair stylist cut my hair dry (I basically straighten my hair and have her trim it) been doing this for years & it works for me and my hair doesn't get butchered (been there too many times)

Anyway to my point as soon I sat in her chair & we start talking about how much I want off my hair and she busts out with OMG your hair looks so healthy and full of volume since the last time I saw you! Wich was in mid August at a festival lol She asked me what I was using on my hair and of course I said WEN wich now has been 1 month as of Oct 3rd!!!!!

Never in the 10plus years that I have been going to her has she ever said anything like that to me about my hair lol it made my day!!! (About 5yrs ago I stopped heat straightening for a entire year and she never said nothing like this other than oh you have less damage lol)

That is such a great story. It is such a great feeling when you are doing something good for your hair and the ""experts"" agree. Keep on keepin' on.

Oh I definitely know that's a part of it for sure but she said my hair is in way better shape than it was when I was a whole year without any heat,she was very impressed at the difference in my hair's health compared to that and when she saw me in Aug....so that alone tells me a lot that the Wen had made a difference in just one month.

Even without heat my ends get easily frizzy,dried out and split (while using regular shampoo/conditioner/deepconditioners too) I couldn't win even going natural.

Now with a month of using Wen minus a few uses of shampoo to just use it up,I've been faithful to the Wen CC's,oils and ReMoist,etc I can tell a major difference...I literally have no frizz and my curls are full on spirals and not at all dry like before.
