I do know somebody that had a stroke taking the pill. Yes it's highly unusual but it does happen

Thanks everyone for all the vital information! I know I should cut down on sugar since it is probably a contributing factor to my acne and many other issues. Dairy is said to contribute to it too. About 3 years ago I did control for that and went dairy-free for a month. I didn't notice any changes though.

Gosh! I pray i don't have serious side affects like a stroke.
