I am looking for the opinions of ladies who have used Philosophy for at least a year, but became disenchanted with the line and went with another beauty company. I have heard negative things about the irritation factor, especially with the long term use of Philosophy skin care products (especially the lavender oil that is in HIAJ). There is no problem with the body care as far as I can tell, and I'd like to limit the discussion to the face care.
Before I invest and continue with Philosophy, I would like to know:
If you had any negative reactions on your face, what were they?
My skin always seems to "plateau" until Christina comes out with the next "thing", which always seems to me more harsh and aggressive to your skin. Do you worry about harming your skin too?
Have you read negative reviews or warnings from a dematologist? Where did you find the negative reviews (Paula's Choice for me)?
Anyting else you could add would be most helpful. While I would like to keep this focused on philosophy, if you found another beauty line you really like please share. Thanks.
