Re: Have You Ever Use a Wooden Comb?

I buy rubber combs -- and on the A you can search for them. They do the same job as plastic, but are harder to bend and break.

@Solar Is My Name

I'm sure my plastic comb (that is decades old) would have never broken if I hadn't thrown it against a travertine tiled wall in a fit of (mild...ish) anger

Re: Have You Ever Use a Wooden Comb?

I have used a wooden Bone comb for probably 15 years. My hair is very curly and was thicker than it is now when I first began using, but it glides through my wet hair after shampooing and does not tug or pull out the hair..

I had one from the Body Shop and LOVED it.  I held on to that thing for YEARS (like over 20!)  Now I misplaced it.  I hope it turns up in a purse I have used or something.  LOL

I just liked the way the teeth felt on my scalp and hair.  I did wash it and never had a problem with sealant.  Did it have a sealant?  I am not sure.  it stayed smooth.
