Haute Look Orders

Anyone ever use them? I placed an order on Sept 14th, when they were running an Isomers special. First time I've ordered from this site. Nothing has shipped yet, and when I check on-line, the status says shipping between Sept 30 and Oct 6. Are they always slow? Good thing I didn't need the items immediately. I did get good deals though.
