The last three times I ordered beauty products from QVC they have taken forever to arrive and then at least one of the items has arrived damaged. QVC's customer service has been great with replacing the items or refunding me. Today I received my Mally Eyebrow Pencils and the package was crumbled and bent. Then inside one pencil was broken. I waited a long time for these to arrive too.
Also I ordered a ring from HSN and it's been sitting at the post office for a week now according to my tracking number. What is going on?
