Re: Has anyone tried Plexaderm yet?

I use Serious Skin Care Cool Lift Concentrate. Moisturizer over it didn't disturb the lift effect (apply after the lift dries and sets). However, the trick is using just a tiny drop--if you use too much it turns white and makes the skin appear flaky. Used around eyes, "11" lines, and nasal manual folds. Practice makes perfect in finding the right amount.

I use Serious Skin Care (HSN) Insta Tox.    It's cheaper, and works for me.

Does the product stay on when applying foundation over it or does the tightening/smoothing effect diminish?

@San Antonio Gal  I use the Insta Tox around my eyes....yes, upper lids.   I apply eyeshadow using a wet brush......and it works just fine.   I don't have any experience putting foundation over it, tho.   I live in Phoenix, and frankly, it's too darn HOT to wear foundation.   (Right now, it's not even noon, and 104°!)

Read the reviews for Plexaderm on amazon, 47% are negative with only one star out of 5.

My DH ordered this product for himself. He doesn't think it works at all - I think it works somewhat as I can see a slight improvement for him, but I wouldn't say it works as quickly as advertised, and definitely not to the extent that is advertised. Obviously he won't buy it again.

Re: Has anyone tried Plexaderm yet?

Someone recently was looking for a water-based moisturizer because apparently you cannot use oil-based with Plexaderm.  If that's the case, would it not also extend to your foundation?  Also, on the days that I actually do wear makeup, I don't have 10 to 20 minutes to wait before putting it on.

I would rather use something with long term benefits. Not really interested in using something that's temporary.

Water based products are recommended. Allow Plexaderm to set before apply make-up.

It reminds me of the Genie stuff from years ago that I just had to try.  It looked like I had dried Elmers glue on my face as soon as I smiled.
