I still haven't received mine or an email. I was charged at the beginning of December. I will be away for the Christmas holidays, so IF it comes, it will be sitting outside. Anyone still waiting?

Mine came Saturday and as others have said it was a disappointment in comparison to the fall box. However, just the ponds AHA cream is worth the $5 so I'm ok with it. There were a lot of samples of stuff for color treated hair and since I do not color my hair that was a disappointment for me, but someone else may really like that.

Mine shows it was delivered Sat. I'm on my way to my sisters in Fl so I will have to wait to see mine next year.

I wasn't thrilled with the Fall box or this one, so I just cancelled my subscription.

Mine came last week. I got an email from Wal-Mart saying it was coming and it came a couple days later. I thought it was a good amount of samples for the price. Of course it was a better deal when you could order them at no cost, but that's no longer an option.

Mine came yesterday so I decided to just wrap it and stick it under the tree for another gift to open on Xmas. LOL. (You see how exciting my life is....)

Not a single thing I can use this time. Gave every item away. The first one was great with the full size antiperspirant, but this one was a total bust.

Mine finally came today. I loved the fall one - full-sized products, definitely worth the money even though I didn't like/need everything in the box. I was actually pretty impressed, and it was fun to receive.

The winter one is hugely disappointing. Not even one full-sized product, and I have absolutely no use (or patience) for those tiny foil samples. It's impossible for anyone to tell from one use of a facial product if it gives them the results they want. All those tiny magazine-type samples are going right in the garbage.

In addition, I never got an email saying it was on the way. I was charged on December 5th, left several messages in the last two weeks, and no one ever called me back. Not great CS - Too many of us were left wondering what was going on. I'm not happy being charged for something before it ships.

I really feel like cancelling, but it's so inexpensive that I'm going to give it one more try. If the spring box is more like the fall one, I'll be happy. But if it's more like winter, I'm done. I'm actually shocked at how different fall & winter were. If winter was my first box, I would have cancelled immediately. (Interesting that they consider this to be a $20 value. Fall was, winter absolutely not.)
