Crush - I do use the high levels on some areas, above my eyebrows and cheeks. I found that I'm less sensitive in those areas. However, I started out at the lower levels to begin with. HTH!

I recently purchased the TSV and I am not sure if mine is working correctly. It only really works if it is on prog. 3 and high intensity. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
