Has anyone preordered the upcoming emjoi erase epilator tsv?

I ordered the last emjoi epilator and had to send it back. I had to keep going over the same area and it still didn't remove the hair. It seem to just be breaking off the hair instead of pulling it out. I'm thinking of trying this one to see if it is any better.

If anyone has this, please share your review. Thank you.
