I have used the 50% peels for several years as well as the oily skin products. The products are quite good but customer service was much much better before Tess sold the company. The current owner, I believe her name is Alicia, doesn't seem to care as much about customer service. However I'm staying with them because the products are good. I receive my orders even though the delivery is not as quick as when Tess had the company.
