I was on waitIist and got mine today. It came from the Rocky Mountain Distribution Center in Denver. First time I've received anything from that location.

I received mine fairly quickly...less than a week after I ordered it. I just used it for the first time today, and I have to say I love it!!! Today I made a delicious pot roast and tomorrow I am making sausage and peppers. I was starting to suspect my crock pot was just about at the end of it's rope. Cooking in the Ninja today gave my usual pot roast recipe much better results.

Kachina - I don't see any QVC locations in Colorado listed. Maybe this particular item is being drop-shipped?

viva - I was going to paste in what the tracking screen looked like for my most recent UPS package, but it shows all the html code, so that doesn't work.

Since there's a consistent three days between "Package is in transit..." and "Origin Scan" for packages shipped from NC, I'm comfortable that my item left North Carolina on 2/6. It just dawned on me that it's possible that QVC gets items to the UPS hub nearest to the destination via some other method (such as a long haul trucking company). UPS Customer Service would only be able to give out info that is in their system. That would explain a lot.

Ok, I'll shut up now. Thanks for giving me something to think about.

I ordered mine on March 25th, the blue color and received it yesterday on the 30th. I hope I can learn to use. I'm not very good in the kitchen.

If anyone is interested, I have a Ninja 3 in 1 (love it!) and joined these two Facebook pages that only post recipes for both systems. Had a lot of adds lately due to the new 4 in 1 and some are posting their progress on their deliveries. Both group are great - very informative and have a good deal of recipes for just about anything.

I have the original black, but oh the teal/turquoise sounds great!!! I wish I had that one, but I'll keep what I've got and put stickers on it to pretty it up!
