I don't use my Sephora credit card. I have one but I don't think I've ever used it. I got an email telling me they've issued a $10 credit for any inconvenience I might have had "during our system disruptions earlier this year". It's most likely just a sales tactic but I don't want to click on any links in case it's a scam.

It's not a scam after all! I went to Sephora to add a couple of items to my cart and there was a $10 credit
Do you have a Sephora cc? Since I don't use mine, I was unaware of any glitch they had earlier this year. It's just a "here is $10 to help encourage you to spend much more".

@monicakm - no I don't have a Sephora cc - I just know what I went through recently regarding a scam from a company and it all looked so legit. Will never do that again.

The email you received was posted on Reddit asking the same question but I didn't see any replies. I'd call the CC company & ask...good luck @monicakm

Looks like I need to use my Sephora cc. I don't mind doing that once to get $10 off. This was on the checkout page on Sephora dot com.

No, just saw your question & searched for an answer. I have sensitive skin & I'm allergic to lots of ingredients in skin care & makeup but enjoy reading your posts about what I can't use...I did get a lip gloss that you mentioned & like it. Enjoy the coupon @monicakm

Yes, I got an email too. They have having issues issuing cardholders their credit for seems like 6 months now. I had a $40 credit to use, which I used to buy fragrance because it is 20% off now
