I just got my first bottle of wen this afternoon (ginger pumpkin) and couldn't wait until tomorrow to try it. I rinsed my hair for a count of 60 and then used 20 pumps in my long hair for the first wash. I rubbed it in for a count of 120 then rinsed and used another 20 pumps plus one extra on the ends. I left it in for the rest of my shower and rinsed for a count of 60. My hair is so soft and I can't remember the last time it has had so much shine! Before I cleansed my hair today I was looking at my ends and they looked split, dry, and damaged in about the last two inches of my ends, and felt crunchy and stiff. I can barely see any dryness now and my hair is touchable even though I just curled it. I was scared because I thought I'd have to buy all of the different varieties and do a lot of experimenting before my hair looked good but it looks and feels great so I am happy!
