@weez1987 and to everyone as well - Happy Thanksgiving! I'm looking forward to making turkey soup with the carcass in my slow cooker! Between all the veggies and roasted turkey, it has such a wonderful flavor! A favorite after Thanksgiving

I'm not having it for Thanksgiving but my husband made his famous stew/soup yesterday.  It makes 3 large stew pots.  One for me (sissy stew), one for him and one to take to the lease.  It's good after I pick out the carrots.  Sissy stew doesn't have jalapenos in it.
