Re: Happy July, Scents and Common Sense Thread

Jan, we were back Monday from the reunion. The accident was Tuesday. DH took the week off so were were going to do day trips. Never made it!

I can't really tell you about Doglover's DH unless I ask her.

Re: Happy July, Scents and Common Sense Thread

Hi guys. Still here but really in pain. Just found out from DH that the truck hit my side of the back of our car. I think that helps explain why I am in agony and turning purple and swollen and he isn't.

Saw The Bachelorette last night. Glad the spoilers were right, they make a cute couple.

Got nothing new to report make-up wise. Other than IT CC does cover swollen red areas. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Desi: Can you call your doc for stronger pain meds? And, before Becca gets the chance to post this, have you tried arnica for the bruising?

Hoping that the driver had insurance and that you and DH have full tort on your insurance. Not sure if its the same in your area, but unless you have full tort in PA, you cant get paid for pain and suffering.

Still keeping you in my prayers, as well as everyone else.

Pepe went for a nail trim with Aunt Sandy today. She is the tech who worked with him when he had his initial bout of paralysis. She clipped his nails in the lobby, since that is where Pepe decided to lay down. He was such a good boy.

Nothing else new.

Re: Happy July, Scents and Common Sense Thread

Pepe's mom, they gave me an RX for oxycodone. Doesn't help much and makes me woozy. If it makes me loopy it should at least kill pain better. Took Tylenol instead last night and today. My local CVS is small and I didn't see arnica. Didn't go anywhere today so you know I feel lousy.

We got a rental a little while ago for me.

I have no idea how our policy is written, but being it is a no-fault state, not sure if I can sue - but I sure as heck want to! Still waiting on the accident report. I really feel that I need to hear how it happened.

I ordered a bra on-line, exact same one they removed.

Glad Pepe got his nails trimmed. Nice of them to accommodate him, but I know they all love him!

Hope you are doing well.

Hi Pepe's mom, everyone. Still kickin, but not a happy camper.

Another lovely day out.
