Mine are dry from all that constant hand ge l !   I've even tried corn huskers solution . I 've  been using the wax dip and  Ceva ve  hand lotion that the dermatologist recomended

At 62 my hands would still be pretty if it wasn't for enlarged knuckles.  That's the only thing that gives away their age (sigh).  Again, EVERYthing that goes on my face goes on my hands (plus more lotion).

@gtx    You may not like their looks but keep them moisturized with Gold Bond or Cerave.  Unfortunately, some things that are not pleasant come with aging.  Enjoy your day.

My hands are ugly too--don't wear any jewelry that will draw attention to them----Have the blue bulging  veins and bony fingers--witch hands, I call them----fingernails are damaged from chemo --just a mess----
