Just be forewarned. I purchased my HairMax on November 11 when Jane Tracey was hosting the show and she began her HairMax journey. She said you had a" 180-day return policy," I figured I had nothing to lose. I contacted QVC yesterday about my HairMax since I've seen no results and they told me I had 10 days left on my 180 days to get it back for a full refund, yet I've had it for 3 months!! They are not standing behind the 180 days Mine has done nothing for me so I sent it back today. And quite honestly, if they are going to use deceptive selling practices saying you have X amount of time to use and they reneged on that, I'll shop elsewhere.

Suggest you send an email to:  QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email.  The  MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.

Good luck!

If you have been diagnosed with female pattern baldness, you really haven't given it enough time to show results.  Only 3 months.  Your hair should just be starting to come in, but not all over at the same time. It would be very short and often unable to see, particularly if you have gray hair and a white scalp or dark hair and a dark scalp.

A friend is using it and tells me she didn't begin to see noticeable results until around 4 months.

Customer Service is wrong.  HairMax gives 180 days. Email the Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order number and explanation.

Re: HairMax Return Policy

@curlygirl13

@Foxxee  is correct.

CS gave you incorrect info.

I just wish people wouldn't accuse 'scam', 'deceptive selling' when it is more the fact that proper training wasn't given.

CS made a mistake, that isn't acceptable though...but it was just a mistake.

All CS reps should be made aware of extended warranties and return policies on special items.

The minute they pull your order up on their screen, it should say that info!!!!

They DO stand behind this and are not reneging.

It's a shame you were mislead by the rep....I agree with Foxee...you didn't give enough time for results....that's why they give 180 days.

Proper training is vital.

If customer service or Jane is giving customers bad information, then they are in fact deceptive, whether on purpose or not.  QVC is responsible for the actions of its staff in their jobs.

I think what happened to @curlygirl13  is disgraceful.  She already returned the product.

And I agree 90 days is not enough time to show results.

Jane did NOT give the wrong info on air.

She said you have 180 days which is correct.

@RespectLife I agree. Unfortunately, I returned it. I wasn't going to lose all that money for no results but I do wish customer service was better prepared for my question I would have kept it for at least another month. Oh well. I didn't have high hopes anyway.

@curlygirl13

Which Hairmax did you return?

The very first hair laser I ever bought was their comb. It took a long time to see any hair growing back but it finally did start growing back but that took a lot of combing so I decided to go for a hands-free cap. Been using a cap with much success and it's so easy.

@SilleeMee Yes, I bought the comb. Zero results thus far
