That has only 82 lights. The 'Pro' has 272 lights. They make another one with 202 lights, sold on HSN.
Since The 202 laser is almost $1000 cheaper than the 272 laser and you still only use for 6 minutes do you think it would take longer to see results?
Thank you

The fewer the number of lights on a device means fewer hair follicles will get treated. So yes, 202 lights will take longer to get all the hair to grow, but not by much compared to a comb or band.

Thank you. I just can't justify the extra $900 price tag. I'm thinking it over because it should last a long time. I understand you have to replace the battery once a year and it's $70 am I correct?

The Capillus battery should last at least 2 yrs. Their life expectancy can be as long as 5 yrs.
Capillus has a 1-yr warranty on their batteries and will replace it for free if if doesn't last the full year. I have not had to replace mine yet and it has been over two years.

If you don't mind my asking, how long have you used the devices you have?
I bought my first laser device (HairMax-9) about seven years ago. Then I bought an iGrow about 5 years ago, used it for almost three years then bought the CapillusPro in Aug 2018. I still use the HM comb on the sides of my head since the cap doesn't reach that far down.

Thanks.
My once glorious hair has thinned with age (just turned 70), and I'm trying to decide if I will stick with using any device.
I'll have to think about it a bit longer.
I'm glad it's working for you!

I went with the more expensive one cause with the sale I got it for $2099 which was $500 more than the 202 laser. I figure I'll have it for a long, long time. I guess I talked myself into it.

Congratulations! @Valstybaby
Yes, you will have it for a long time. I expect to take mine to the grave. If you had to go and get professional treatments at a laser center, those can cost anywhere from $75 to $100 per visit...add that up for a lifetime and I think what you paid for your cap is a bargain.

Thank you you made me feel better. Lost my husband July 1, 2019 after a year long battle with metastasized lung cancer and my mother on April 28, 2020 to Covid so I gifted myself. What a time to be quarantined. I thank God every day that I wake up because someone somewhere did not.
