I just get a fabric softener sheet and wipe it over my hair; always works for me.

Hello, teach6691. Smile

When you say winter hair static, do you mean frizz? Nick Chavez makes a product called Velvet Mesquite Serum that's good for taming frizz.

~Nick Chavez is my favorite vendor on QVC and Alberti Popaj is my favorite QVC host.~

When I have static or fly away hair I rub just a tiny, tiny, amount of hair was thru my hair or I have also sprayed a bit of hairspray on my brush and I comb it thru my hair.

I spray my hairbrush with Static Guard (very, very little -- I spray the Static Guard in the air and wave the brush through it).

Works great but I will definitely try the fabric softener sheet.

Do you use a hair conditioner after shampooing? My hairdresser told me as long as I use conditioner, I will not have static.

Make sure you have a newer hair dryer that does not cause static. I have not had a problem in years. You may want to consider a humidifier for your home too.
