If you don't want to spend much go for Conair. If you can spend $30 go to Target online for the BaByliss travel hair dryer (won't damage hair, dries hair very quickly, no frizz, static). I have one and love it plus lightweight. The parts are made in France & it was designed I believe in Belgium and put together in China.

That's what I have...recently used a higher wattage in hotel & couldn't believe the difference in my hair. Just looking for something slightly higher watts, but not too expensive. tks
