Hair and skin supplements?

Hi All, I am looking for a good hair/nail/skin supplement. I have been taking one now but they are so big and thick that I just cant swallow them and the bottle says to take 3 a day!! Does anyone know of a good one that is either really small or gelcaps? Thanks for your help!
