Does anyone use Hair Vitamins? Do they work really work for hair skin and nails?

I use aloe vera and it  has made my hair grow very fast, and my nails too

I don't use it for that, it's just a side benefit

Yes I do. My Dr suggested using it ,to help my stomach issues

So may I ask, how do you take it...the aloe Vera?

I buy the liquid and take 1 oz of aloe to 1/2 oz of water. You can have up to 4 oz a day

I used to take that much when my stomach was at it's worst

Now I take it a couple of times a day.. If you have a latex allergy you shouldn't use it

Like everything else ,check for reactions to meds you might be taking ,and talk to your pharmacist if you are in doubt

It's nothing new. They have used this for years

I buy an organic type from a trusted manufacturer ,and  have had no problems at all.

I take aloe Vera capsules from Andrew Lessman.  I have also bought the quart of liquid AV from Walmart.  Takes up room in fridge!

I take two supps for my hair that seem to help it grow fast and help it from falling out:

-bamboo extract powder

-lysine powder
