I'm in need of hair help please, I'm trying to find a good moisturizing shampoo & conditioner that doesn't cost a fortune. Less than $10-$12 a bottle. I have long fine blonde hair, I have a lot of it, but it is rather fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
