Hair Fall Out!

I made my first WEN purchase a couple of weeks ago and have used it once. Now, I'm scared to use it because of all the comments on the internet about hair falling out due to using WEN. There are so many comments I was shocked!

What is in the product that would cause hair to fall out? Why wouldn't the Company or QVC address what appears to be a consumer concern?

Help! I want beautiful hair too.
