i've given this a little more thought and have come to the conclusion that this is being done to help hsn boost sales and gain more new shoppers.
this is not a shady response, just looking at this from a purely business $$ perspective.
some hsn top brands will come to qvc from time to time and probably do more sales in 2 days on qvc, then they do all year on hsn. from a business perspective, to make it look good, some top brands from qvc will put in an appearance on hsn, even though they know (or at least should know) that the sales will be less. to me, its a test for both sides to figure out what will work best going forward.
personally, i wish that both networks were not under the same umbrella

I really really like Elysee products overall although only have ever used cleansers. Unfortunately, there's Parabens in them. SMH Just can't go there, having had Breast Cancer. Parabens are an issue for those with Estrogen Receptor Positive type.
