Well the QVC hosts aren't alone in butchering the English language. Amy, the HSN Beauty Report host just said frangipangi instead of frangipani when she was describing ingredients in a perfume. She said it several times. At first I thought she fooling around. Not!

Ha-ha!! Amy Morrison is the WORST!!

She thinks that ""infamous"" means the same thing as famous. She says ""ranting and raving"" when she means to say that a product has received high praise. She says ""voluMPtuous"" instead of voluptuous. She also refers to a great item in any particular kit as the ""coup de e'tat!"" LOL I think she is trying to copy Stacy from YBF who refers to star products as the ""pièces de résistance.""

LOL! You make me want to catch her shows. Too bad, I dropped cable recently.

On tonight's Beauty Report, when showing new nail polish she mentioned that it was "five free" of harmful ingredients, one being "tourmaline" when she meant to say "tolulene"? Too funny!

She sounds like she should have her own sitcom instead of selling on TV. Will try to watch her sometime. She and Nancy Hornback would make a good team.

I guess I shouldn't laugh...I'm not the brightest crayon in the box either... I used to think that stores were giving away five free nail polish(es) when I saw that phrase in ads.

The funniest thing I ever heard from her was when touting some cream that 'women reported a 99% improvement'. She said "Imagine if you have 100 wrinkles on your face and you use this, you will have only ONE wrinkle!"

I couldn't believe she actually said that.

I just spit my coffee out! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

I will admit I like to watch her just to hear what is going to come out of her mouth. She really comes up with some doozies.

Amy is a cutie, but I think she looks like a shaggy dog with all that hair in her face. Loved her hair when she first started with Emeril. Wonder if anyone at HSN lets her know when she uses the wrong word or phrase. The One Wrinkle line was funny. The hosts have to think fast. I think Amy just says things without thinking. Again, she is a cutie.
