This is my first blog ever but I am at my wits end. I am 59, have a fat neck, old skin, very droopy eyelids so therefore you can't see eye shadow etc etc etc. I think you get my drift and just cannot seem to find makeup that will stay on my face. Eye makeup that does not bleed onto my face and on and on. I have spent hundreds of dollars on makeup. I have gone from expensive to cheap. I am sure there is someone out there with my problem. Oh, I also have rosecea. I have tried several QVC brands including the rosecea coverup from It cosmetics. Everything just fades away.
