HELP! Weight gain ( pain medications, antibiotic use, steriod. progesterone???

My story. I'm mid 40's and weigh 186 lbs today, standing at 5'3

Six months ago I was down to 170 lbs after weighing 190 lbs. I then had to have two epidural steriod injections because I found out I had a bulding disc and severe sciatica - I was in severe pain and could not walk. I then started to gain weight. I try to limit my pain medication. I then developed monthly yeast infections and told to try the progesterone cream that you rub in your skin, got mine from Henry's market - IT WORKED and didn't have that issue every month - great but a few more lbs came on. Now I have been sick with a bad sinus infection and been on antibiotics for a week - more weight gain - this week I have gained 5 lbs. I'm getting scared now - I worked so hard to get some weight off and now it's back, eating the same or less - I know I need to exercise more but am limited beacuse of my back.
