I bought the TSV on All Access Beauty day. I've watched Chaz Deans videos about how to use the cleanser conditioner. I've read and re-read the book that is sent with his products. Would someone please explain to me why you're supposed to use varying amounts of the product dependent upon what size bottle you use?? Why in the world would it make a difference? 16 oz. bottles: 6 and 6 (for me as I have very short hair):32 oz. bottles tell me to use 16 and16!! Its the same product in both bottles, is it not? ALso, I could better understand the difference if the amount I'm supposed to use from the 32 oz. bottle is less since the pump itself may be larger than the pump in the 16 oz. bottle. But, its just the opposite. I really like the product and want to continue using it but need a more definitive approach to what should be very simple! Thanks to all who can help.
