I will be attending my husband's Christmas party in two weeks.  I have no clue on what to do with my hair.  I'm now a stay at home Mom and prior to that an RN.  So, I usually just have my hair up in some type of device and do very little to it.  I have a slight wave to my hair to I will have to blow dry it straight before I do anything to it like rollers or something.  I'm hoping someone can direct me to a very simple styling device,  TIA!  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I'm a bit nervous about this party.  It's at my husband's new job and I haven't gone to an Christmas party in over 15 years.

To be of more help, please give us more info like how long is your hair?  Do you want to wear it up or down?

Make an appointment to see a hair stylist.

Sometimes I look on YouTube for hairstyling ideas.

Since you normally put your hair up most days I would try something a little different for the party and wear it down with a few waves or curls. I'm sure your hairdress could help with some pics and ideas. Have fun and enjoy the party.

My hair is just past my shoulders.  Frizzes very easily.  I've had bangs all my life.  I'm open to just about any style.  Maybe half up/half down?  I thought about going to a hair stylist but my hairdresser that I go to for cut/color doesn't have anything available.

Ask your hairstylist for someone else to use. Try them out before the party. If your hair is anything like mine and it rains that day you will be a frizzy mess.
