HAIRDRESSER TIP....WHAT'S THE RIGHT TIP?

I just went to a new hairdresser and she trimmed and styled my hair into a med length bob. She charged me $21.00 for the trim and style. I was happy with the result and gave her a $10.00 tip. Was that too much? What is the normal tip for a trim and style? TIA...
