"Collagen" might be worth looking into also.
So far, Collagen seems to be complicated... still researching....
@TwinkleBell The Biotin in Hair Skin Nails formulas is also used in some blood tests including cardiac and thyroid tests. The extra biotin in your blood can throw the tests off. It's a known issue. The good news is, you pee it out, so just stop taking it several days before known tests and you're good. And if you need to have a blood test without stopping the vitamin prior make sure to tell the person taking your blood that you're taking it. I wouldn't use it as a reason to stop taking it.
