Gycolic Acid question and rosacea.

I had a facial yesterday something I haven't done in years as it usually doesn't turn out well. They usually put many products on my skin which is very sensitive with rosacea. At any rate, she suggested I use a glycolic acid cream at night stating this really helps rosacea. Can any of you suggest a good drugstore type brand and have any of you heard of this. In years past, the acids have always burned when I put them on. Please advise. Thank you.
