@SilleeMee What GTE would you suggest using? I went to Amazon and they have several.  I would like to use this with my lip profector.

@Pecky

I'm using the one @JeanLouiseFinch  is using. This one from Amazon. I would apply it about 15 to 20 minutes before using your lip device. Give it some time to absorb.

@SilleeMee

Well, my experiment with my Green Tea extract was an epic fail...

It is so thick and sticky that I had to wash it off because it was so uncomfortable. I checked out the link you provided for your extract and it also describes itself as "thick."

How do you like it for application, comfort, etc.

Meanwhile, I'm using my extract in my coffee so it won't go to waste! Smiley Wink

@SchippyLuv

How much did you apply to your face? What I do is apply just 2 drops to my damp face after cleansing, let it dry and then in about 15 minutes later I do my RLT treatments. The extract contains glycerin so your skin will feel tacky if you apply too much.

I just read the reviews on your GTS and I ordered it. It will be here on Monday and I'll give it a try.

I also ordered the shampoo and conditioner that goes with the Hair Max system. Might as well go all out while I'm at it.

Thanks!

@SchippyLuv I'm using the same GTE Silleemee & JLF is using.  It is not thick at all.  In fact, it's rather watery.  I changed out the cap to a flip top cap, but still had to be careful to only get the 2-3 drops out.  I ended up finding a small dark blue dropper bottle in my stash so I put some in that and put the main container in the fridge.  I was going to also use it with my Hairmax, but if I have to wait 15-20 minutes, that won't work at all.  I use my Hairmax first thing after putting lotion on after my shower while my hair is still wet.  My hair would be halfway dry 15-20 minutes later and way too late to add product to it.

Speaking of the Hairmax, HSN has the 82 LED Capillus cap on for $500.  I thought it was funny the lady was talking about how pushing the Headbands through your hair every 60-90 seconds was such a pain, but for me it's perfect if they want you to do the treatments on a clean scalp.  I'm not going to sit around with wet hair for 20 minutes to use that while my hair dries and I can't get styling product into it.

@Icegoddess

I know what you mean about how wonderful the comb system is with Hair Max. I think the reason you have to keep a cap on longer is that it just sits on top of your hair, making it twice as hard for the light to penetrate to the scalp.

I sure wouldn't trade for a more expensive, less convenient, less effective, more expensive product - but I think some people need to spend more money because they think they are getting more for the expense - poor dears...

WENT TO SEPHORA AND GOT A NICE SAMPLE SIZE OF THE INNISFREE GREEN TREE EXTRACT SERUM.  THE REVIEWS ARE REALLY GOOD. LARGE SIZE IS $28, SO PRETTY REASONABLE.   I LEARN SO MUCH READING THROUGH THREADS. CERTAINLY WORTH A TRY!  THANKS ALL!

@weezer111

That Innisfree serum has quite a bit of alcohol in it plus it contains green tea oil and a lot of other things which I would not be using under RLT devices. There's just too many ingredients in that product to say if it would be beneficial to use it for the purpose of enhancing RLT.  Oils are not good to use with silicone devices b/c oil can be corrosive to silicone.

The one I'm using shows it's being used with a RLT mask.

@SchippyLuv

I own a Hairmax comb and also a CapillusPro cap. I'm here to say that I have had more regrowth using my cap b/c there are 272 lasers in it vs 9 in the comb. The more lasers a device contains, the better the chances are for hairs to regrow. That's just how it works. I've been at this laser thing for over a decade and I've tried a lot of things. The cap is way better than a comb with only 9 lasers.
