Great Cust Svc from Philosophy rep today

Over the past few weeks I have placed several Philosohy.com orders. The one I placed over black Friday weekend took forever to ship and I was feeling a bit less satisfied with the customer service. This morning, I pulled out my new Philosophy Supernatural Canvas foundation that I had just ordered only to find the safety seal on the box slit open and tons of powder on the puff. I have been using this product for over 6 years, so a bit of powder on the puff is normal during delivery, but was not comfortable with the seal being broken. I called customer service and they were more than happy to immediatley offer a replacement product and even sent it with expedited shpg!! Thank you Philosophy!!!
