Gotta give customer service credit

I received my It cosmetics celebration foundation super size and one of the compacts was broken. I called cs and they were very apologetic and sent me out a new one, with another brush, without having to send back the one that was damaged. Very satisfied with them. I know a lot of people have good cause to be upset with them at times, but I want to give credit when credit is due...

I would also like to give a ""special"" thank you toC.S. C.S. has always tried to help me. I wouldn't want their job. People complain about nothing and C.S.is always beyond courteous. Thank you for putting up with the good and bad.

I second that. I've found them only to be friendly and helpful, sometimes going above and beyond to resolve an issue. Thanks OP for giving them a positive shout out!
