Got my WEN....now what??/

Got the Pomegranate today and I go to my hairdresser on Sat. I am not sure but let me see if I understand how to use this, since It came with no CD. Do I tell my hairdresser not to wash my hair just use this cleansing conditioner? I am Afro-American and I have shoulder length hair and its thick and healthy, so I'm hoping this will make it even more healthy and longer. I also have a perm and have since I was 16 and I'm now 45 1/2 and have been going to the same hairdresser since I was 16, that's why my hair looks so good.
