You may want to try SNS nails the next time, it is a dipping powder. I have had good results with this method, but it can be applied too thick also, so be sure to tell the nail tech that you don't want it too thick. Good luck

Your nails are lovely and a perfect length.
Please do not take offense but it appears your tech was either in a hurry or not very skilled. They appear thick and quite untidy at the sides. I would return to the salon and show the manager the sides. I do not know if they can be fixed or just removed.

No offense taken. I agree with what you said. The appearance bothers me. Tech seemed to be in a rush and took very little time.

So. I went to a much better salon today, one with a great reputation. It's small and the techs give very personalized attention. They are much more skilled than the high volume nail "factory" where I went yesterday. The tech said it would be best to remove everything and start over. New tips for starters.
They recommended dip instead of gel for a thinner more believable nail look. I'm thrilled with my new nails and will definitely go back there.

100% better! The bit a length makes a huge difference and the shape is nice. This tech is most definitely more skilled than the last.
I love your ring.

Yes I agree. I needs some length. The tech even did some cuticle care.

For those of you who liked my ring, it's from James Avery Jewely. I have several pieces. Very high quality.
