I am not interested in the TSV, but heard something I thought was quite positive.
They are offering a 60 day guarantee instead of 30 days. Overall, I would be more willing to try skin care products with a guarantee that gave enough time to use the product.
I think we get more willing to return products when they may not have had enough time to really assess it in a 30 day guarantee. Since it takes about 7 weeks for skin turnover (heard that from the dermatologist that sells the Neutrogena products), he said you need that much time to see results in some products.
They may get less returns with products given the proper amount of time to really gauge effectiveness. I don't think they need to do it with cosmetics or every skin care product.
But, this may be a good trend for some products.
