Re: Gold Bond retinol lotion issue

Many of the GB lotions contain cocoa butter and vitamin E which can be irritants/allergens for some people. Some GB lotions also contain fragrance which is also an irritant/allergen.

I also used the PTR Retinol Fusion as an all over serum under my body cream, zero results. Same crepiness and brown spots as before.

@Midmod

Thanks for your "formula".  Recently I found a bottle of glycerin that I had been using to make DIY vitamin C serum.  That didn't last long.   LOL

Anyway, I took the glycerin and added a little water and it was amazing for hydration.  Trouble is it is too sticky.  I'll try your mixture!

I have a spray bottle 50/50 glycerin + water. I'm thinking of adding jojoba oil to that as well

Howdy, my vegetable glycerin hack is to add a little of it to whatever face (or body) moisturizer I'm using to add a little extra TLC and moisture, I find it works way better than hyaluronic acid for my super dry skin.

Don't use too much or it may feel too tacky/ sticky.

Hope it helps if you try it!Smiley Happy
