Going Away Gift

I know this is not a beauty question, but I thought more people might read this here. A co-worker of mine is moving to Ireland to start a new business. I am friendly with her at work, but we really don't see each other outside of the workplace. I want to give her a going away gift. Any ideas on a good going away gift? Thanks.
