I placed a order for my mom,they are sending you a video that tells you it is ready to be shipped, to your e mail.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

Yes, i got a video from them, saying it is ready to be shipped, to my e mail address, not confusing.

There is nothing I find confusing about that @goldensrbest . I've never had a company do that before! I do love Goat Milk Stuff and they didn’t send me a video but it’s been several months since I’ve ordered. Getting ready to order again soon though.

I don't recall ever getting a video e-mail from QVC about an order.  Something new?

I had ordered from Goat Milk Stuff before Christmas and they sent a video to me when my order shipped too.  

 

@Krimpette -- This is the company "Goat Milk Stuff", not QVC.
