I requested a program guide 4 times since December and have yet to receive one! I am 900 miles from PA and does it actually take 3 months to process this request?? Customer Service just does not care about customers, and I have been here since Day 1....And yes I know I can see the shows on my computer, but it is so much easier to pick up the guide and look at it or mark certain shows! Fix this QVC!
