Although I have more than one lipstick, in the last couple of years, I have started to wear only one at a time until it is finished.  That usually takes about 3 months.  I've reached that point where I was so overwhelmed at my makeup collection that I just want it to be simple and easy.  I also use only one blush at a time and one nail polish.  I've put together seasonal capsules so that I can finish things.  By the end of 3 months, I'm pretty tired of the capsule and happily move on to something else from my stash.  I finished at least 6 lipsticks using this system.  For me it's super satisfying.

I had way too many lipsticks, glosses, etc. and realized that no matter what I was purchasing I was always wearing Clinique's Bamboo Pink. So now I put an end to throwing away any more $ since I have proven to myself over the years I'm going to reach for that one shade again and again anyway Smiley Happy
