I decided to return a purchase from Ulta.  The phone rep was unable to process a return label.  She extended the return time 60 days when I explained to her that I had to drive an hour to get to the store and had a broken knee.  For the inconvenience, she was going to send me an online coupon worth $20 Smiley Surprised  Wow, thanks!  Wasn't expecting that.  I went online to see what I would like to use it for.  Apparently I miss  understood her accent and the online coupon was for THREE dollars not twenty dollars LOL  Bet I can't combine it with the $3 coupon that comes in the circular either.  I think I'm all makeup-ed out anyway.

@monicakm   "Makeup-ed-out"?? Can't be. Maybe just put a cool cloth on your forehead and rest a bit until the feeling passes
 Smiley LOL

@monicakm

Went to Ulta with a $15.00 off of $75 last week. At register with over that amount but...coupon NOT good on name brand like IT and Buxom! So much for coupon.

Also, a poster here posted that OPI was 40% off that day.

No sign so I asked salesgirl. She checked and only 7 colors all summery.
Oh, well, needed topcoat and a wine color. When I got to register it rang up at 40% off!

Saved a few bucks there.

Think I'll stick with Sephora.

All the Ulta Coupons exclude "Prestige Brands" except the once or twice a year they give out special ones.  I guess you have to get their E-mails now to get those since I didn't get one recently when others got theirs.  Either that or I haven't shopped enough with them to deserve one, but I still get their flyers.

I know I'll stick with Sephora.  I've never really cared for Ulta.  That feeling started from the time I started shopping in-store at both.   I've read about others with stories like yours.  The Rare Beauty Primer I ordered last week, with other items, showed up leaking.  There was less than 1/2 bottle left.  I called CS support today and said I could return it or take a picture of it and that the store was an hour away.  Rep told me to keep it and is sending another one.  Didn't need to send a photo.

Wanted to return a palette to Ulta via mail and the rep couldn't figure out how to do it.  Supervisor wasn't available.  Extended my time to return it to the store (an hour away) .  I'll call back tomorrow and hope I can get someone that knows how to email a return label.
