Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Color

I just purchase this tonight, I've never seen it before. It states that it's for dark hair and the color is R3 light intense auburn. My hair is currently a pretty dark burgundy brown. This color on the box looks like a pretty RED RED. Has anyone tried this? I have used their color before but not this ultra for dark hair. Just looking for some opinions. TIA
